Cole graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with a passion for helping others to get well.
Massage therapy is an essential tool to self-healing and Cole’s path to being effective involves helping people to understand their pains and injuries in order to facilitate better healing. Clients that have a specific issue they want to resolve and believe in self-care have good results with Cole.
Cole’s treatment brings the client on a journey as an active participant. He uses deep breathing, muscle activation and guided visualization to release muscle tension, trigger points and myofascial adhesions. Each massage begins with a short assessment to identify the chief issue, and ends with instructions for home care designed to be easy and effective to ensure longer lasting results.
