Colby was born and raised in Coquitlam and grew up on a basketball court. Before physiotherapy he worked as a CrossFit coach and clinical kinesiologist, which shaped how he treats — he's seen what exercise does at every level, from post-injury basics to high-level training.
He completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at SFU in 2014 and his Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2016. He has a particular strength in lower back conditions, vestibular rehabilitation and dizziness, motor vehicle injuries, and posture-related pain — and as our TPI Level 2-certified golf physiotherapist, he assesses and treats golfers whose game is being held back by their body.
His approach combines education, manual therapy, exercise, and IMS/dry needling, built collaboratively — he takes the time to understand what's actually behind a problem and explains it in plain language.
