I spent more than 14 years working as a Physiotherapist Assistant, Before becoming an RMT. I developed a strong patient-centered philosophy. One that continues to shape how I approach every treatment. Building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, professionalism, and individualized care is central to my work.
I offer full-body Swedish relaxation, myofascial release, and sports massage. Whether you’re looking to support recovery, manage chronic pain, or simply reduce stress, my goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where your body can heal.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking with my sisters and their dogs, painting landscapes, or staying active through sports.
