Owner - Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy - Certified Gunn IMS Practitioner (Dry needling) - Pelvic Health Physiotherapist - Certified Selected Functional Movement Practitioner Originally from Northern Ontario, I fell in love with the Ottawa region when I moved here to pursue my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy over 20 years ago. After graduating, I built a strong practice downtown Ottawa, committed to help my clients to the best of my abilities and with the highest quality of care. It is with that same dedication that I decided to expand my vision and jump in a new adventure as the owner of MOOV Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, I am devoted to the well-being of my clients and I take continuous learning seriously. Over the years, I’ve developed a solid expertise in orthopaedics, sports related injuries and in pelvic health. My caring personality, my active listening and my ability to integrate my pelvic health & advanced orthopaedic training makes my treatment approach unique. Traveling and physical activity are an important part of my life... I love cycling, running, hiking and circuit training.
