Cindy is a dedicated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner whose journey into the field was inspired by a deep respect for ancient healing traditions and a heartfelt commitment to helping others reconnect with themselves—restoring balance, vitality, and wholeness. She is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) and Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in Canada, having received comprehensive training from the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in modalities such as acupuncture, herbal medicine (internal and topical), moxibustion, cupping, Tuina massage, and ear seed therapy.
Grounded in classical Chinese medicine principles, Cindy’s approach emphasizes treating the root cause, harmonizing yin and yang, and restoring the free flow of qi and blood. She views each individual as a unique story expressed through their body, emotions, and lifestyle, and creates personalized, gentle, and effective treatment plans that support deep, lasting healing. Her services integrate acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, auricular therapy, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle coaching to strengthen the body, support the organs, regulate immunity, and calm the spirit.
