#Back from Leave Cindy is a registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with a strong background in Biomedicine. Growing up in Indonesia she completed a medical degree and practiced for a number of years. These experiences have built her love towards holistic health care even more, which allows her to connect with patients in deeper ways and help them within a broader scope of practice, which is her calling. Graduated with honors, Cindy has successfully completed a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Program through Humber College. The diversity of knowledge ranging from both Eastern and Western practices provides multiple relief solutions for her patients. Cindy’s practice is patient-centered with a holistic approach. Even though she can help with a variety of conditions, she has a special interest in female health, fertility challenges, pre and post partum well-being and recovery. Other conditions that can be helped by acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine include but are not limited to migraines, insomnia, anxiety, pain (acute and chronic), fatigue, and more. Cindy uses acupuncture and other modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, Chinese medicine dietary therapy, Chinese medicine herbal prescription, cosmetic and rejuvenation acupuncture. These modalities will assist with most concerns that anyone might have. It is important to note that these methods of treatment are best to incorporate with your life, other health care professions and your own individual health goals.
