Cindy graduated from the University of Toronto in 1992. After volunteering for 5 years overseas with International humanitarian organizations (including memorable bouts of travelling) , she settled back down in her hometown of multicultural Toronto, practicing physiotherapy in the community.
A clear interest in diverse patient populations has also been reflected in various post-graduate courses subsequently taken. Physical rehabilitation and education of the aging, athletes, and special needs adolescents have been a great focus in her practice recently. In addition, Cindy is keen on supporting clients in recovery from surgery, accidents and injury ( acute and chronic conditions).
Since moving to the Okanagan 10 years ago, Cindy has never looked back. She is our newest member of our team and is now entering her 3rd year with us at Kalamalka Physiotherapy. Facilitating clients returning to hiking in Kal Park or snow sports up on Silver Star mountain and especially promoting health and well-being is her therapeutic ideal in her physical therapy practice.
