About Cindy

Cindy is a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac) with over 13 years of experience in the Canadian healthcare system. She continues to work within the hospital setting, giving her a strong clinical foundation and a unique perspective that bridges both Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Cindy graduated with high honours from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy and is currently continuing her studies in herbal medicine, working toward her Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner designation. Her clinical focus includes pain, stress, sleep, digestion, women's health, facial acupuncture and restoring overall balance in the body. Treatments are tailored to each individual using a combination of evidence-informed care and traditional acupuncture techniques. After experiencing a severe injury herself, Cindy turned to acupuncture as part of her recovery. This experience, along with years of personal growth and inner work, shaped her belief that true healing involves both the physical and mental aspects of health. She provides a calm, supportive space for patients who are ready to take an active role in their well-being, offering honest guidance and a thoughtful approach to care. Outside of the clinic, Cindy enjoys travelling, dancing, staying active, and living a movement-based lifestyle. She believes true health is rooted in a delicate balance between physical and mental, movement and stillness, effort and restoration - reflecting the natural harmony of yin and yang. She brings this philosophy into every treatment.
