About Cindy

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist at Discover Health Centre since 2020 and have been practicing as an RMT since 2009. I work with patients across a variety of needs, including injury recovery, rehabilitation, prevention care, maintenance and stress relief. My approach is hands-on, personalized and therapeutic. I blend techniques such as deep tissue massage, cupping and other therapeutic modalities to create treatments tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Outside the clinic, I have worked with U18 women’s hockey through Hockey Canada, supporting athletes in optimizing performance and recovery. I am committed to ongoing professional development and am currently advancing my skills, including becoming a certified CPR instructor.
