He completed his acupuncture training at Vancouver Career College and has a strong background in traditional Chinese manual therapies. Growing up in a family involved in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jimmy was introduced early to hands-on therapies such as Tui Na massage, cupping, and gua sha, which shaped his interest in musculoskeletal care and recovery. His treatments combine acupuncture with traditional manual techniques to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural recovery process. Jimmy often works with clients experiencing: ● Muscle tension and sports-related strain Workout recovery, running-related discomfort, and general muscle tightness ● Desk-related posture issues Neck and shoulder tension, upper back stiffness, and lower back discomfort ● Common pain conditions Frozen shoulder, knee discomfort, tennis elbow, and muscle fatigue ● Stress and recovery support Tension headaches, sleep disturbance, and physical fatigue In addition to acupuncture, he also offers Traditional Chinese therapeutic massage (Tui Na) as well as cupping and gua sha techniques to support muscle relaxation and circulation.
