CHRISTY IS CURRENTLY OFF WITH AN INJURY. Christy graduated from Vicars School of Massage in 2024. She offers Swedish (relaxation) massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. MLD is a gentle touch therapy that provides support to injuries or chronic conditions by relieving pain, inflammation, and swelling. Her therapeutic massage treatments adjust pressure from gentle to deep, and they include myofascial release, remedial exercises and joint play. As well, her treatments may be upgraded to include cupping and/or hot stones into the one-hour sessions.
