About Christopher
Dr. Chris (as we like to call him) is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine (D.TCM) with extensive knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Herbology.
He has now taken over Evergreen Wellness and wants to continue his Dad's (Dr. Peter Yam, ND) legacy in ensuring that patients get the best possible care.
He has been with us for 23 years and performs our non-invasive testing, Acupuncture, Laser Therapy and various other treatments.

“After 8-10 years of every possible physical therapy, anti-inflammatory and painkiller (including opiates and barbituates) I was at my wit's end. Naturopathic medicine was one path I had not yet tried and Dr. Yam was recommended to me. I wish I had 10 stars and not just 5 because he and his team have changed my life. Within one month I was off all prescription painkillers. One month! It's been six months now and life just keeps getting better.
