About Christopher
Chris is passionate about rehabilitating various injuries through an individualized, evidence-based
and multimodal approach. He utilizes a thorough assessment that looks for all contributing factors,
drawing on his knowledge further gained from Neurokinetic Therapy and Functional Movement
Systems, to identify the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction. Chris has an established
background in the health and fitness industry. He combines strength training and exercise with
manual therapy, soft tissue release, dry needling/acupuncture, therapeutic cupping and movement
education to help his clients achieve their full potential.
Chris has special interest in shoulder pain, sport-related injury and concussion management. He is
passionate about sharing his knowledge, experience, and expertise with his clients and empowers
them with self-care strategies to prevent future injury and ensure a speedy recovery!
