Hi, I’m Christine, Think of me as your birth guide — here for your questions, your fears, and your sacred birth vision. I’m a mom of two incredible boys who inspired my work as a Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Birth Hypnosis Coach. I’m deeply passionate about holistic living, soul work, and embodied movement and how they all support our path in parenthood. My mission is to help you move through fear and self-doubt using powerful tools like childbirth education, hypnosis, and mind-body practices — so you can approach birth feeling confident and at peace. I truly believe that how we give birth matters, not just for our babies, but for us as parents. The way we’re supported during this time shapes how we begin the lifelong path of parenthood.
