About Christine

Many of the struggles we experience in adulthood have roots in our relationships. Experiences of betrayal, emotional injuries, developmental wounds, and significant loss can deeply impact how we see ourselves and how we connect with others. In therapy, I work with individuals and couples to understand these patterns, process painful experiences, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and the people they care about. Christine is a Registered Provisional Psychologist based in Alberta Canada who works with adults and couples navigating relational trauma, betrayal, emotional disconnection, and grief. My work is grounded in a systemic, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed approach drawing on evidence-based modalities including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR-informed approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other relational therapies discussed above. Grief and loss are often part of this work — not only grief following death, but also the grief of broken trust, lost futures, and life transitions that reshape identity and relationships. Christine offers a compassionate, steady presence for clients navigating these complex experiences and focuses on creating a safe space where difficult conversations can unfold honestly and where meaningful change can begin.
