Christine is a Registered Clinical Counsellor whose goal is to help you better navigate life's challenges by promoting self-awareness, self-compassion, emotion regulation and resilience. She brings a diverse set of life experiences and professional training to her practice, and specializes in working with neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals, as well as those navigating addiction, anxiety and depression. Christine is especially passionate about supporting those diagnosed later in life with Autism and ADHD.
