Christine est l’une des rares thérapeutes au Québec formée en thérapie manuelle avec la méthode Feldenkrais, une technique douce basée sur la neuroplasticité du cerveau. Son parcours en Pilates, en yoga, et comme coach certifiée par l’American College of Sports Medicine, ainsi qu’en Functional Movement Screening, l’a naturellement orientée vers l’Intégration fonctionnelle.
Christine is one of the few therapists in Quebec trained in manual therapy using the Feldenkrais method, a gentle technique based on brain neuroplasticity.
