As a Certified Athletic Therapist and a Certified Massage Therapist, I evaluate and treat musculoskeletal injuries and help you manage those general aches and pains. Getting you to move properly and be functional at work, through your daily task, to return to play a sport or train or just to enjoy diverse activities. Helping you recover, perform better and maintain your well-being, with manual treatments and specific reconditioning exercises.
I focus on musculoskeletal injuries, post-concussion symptoms care, prenatal/postpartum recovery, especially because those are areas where people often need specialized support.
