Christel began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016 after completing her 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Diploma. Her passion for anatomy started early, including studying sports medicine in high school, and has continued to grow throughout her career. She is trained in a wide variety of massage techniques, with special interests in deep tissue therapy, myofascial release (both manual and cupping), orthopedic assessment, and relaxation massage. Christel is committed to customizing each treatment to suit her clients’ individual needs, ensuring both effective results and optimal comfort. As a busy mom, Christel understands how important it is to take time for self-care and to support a body that keeps up with everyday life. She strives to help her clients feel balanced, restored, and moving at their best.
