About Christa
A Registered Massage Therapist since 2004, Christa is passionate about supporting individuals to enjoy their most fulfilling lives. With an emphasis to cultivate and empower independence, Christa practices a full-person biopsychosocial approach, and her treatment philosophy is centred on listening to her clients' goals and educating them to make adjustments that will allow them to care for themselves and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.
Christa works with patients through rehabilitation, pain management and active ageing to improve quality of life, function and overall well-being.
Christa has completed significant continuing education through the years, including such fields as Neuromuscular Movement Therapy, Somatic Education and Evidence-Based Pain Science, among others.
When she is not working in the clinic, Christa enjoys outdoor recreation with her partner & dogs, and she works alongside her family on their ranch.
