Chrissy is a passionate massage therapist with a unique journey into the field. After years in the marketing and freight forwarding industries, her personal experience as a runner inspired a career change. Three years ago, Chrissy took up running, faced injuries, and was deeply inspired by the care of her own therapist—sparking a desire to help others through massage therapy.
Now, with hands-on experience working with diverse groups, including athletes, seniors, post-surgery rehab patients, and hospital caregivers, Chrissy combines a belief in relaxation as pain relief with a focus on uncovering the root causes of discomfort rather than just the symtoms. Whether aiding recovery or promoting long-term well-being, Chrissy brings empathy, curiosity, and understanding of the body to every session.
