About Chris

Hello, my name is Chris. I have been a physiotherapy assistant with Concept Physio since I joined the team in 2020. I am an internationally trained physiotherapist from Manila, Philippines. This is where I gained valuable experience as a physiotherapist in both hospitals and private clinics. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients, including neurological, orthopedic, and geriatrics. These experiences have honed my skills in various treatments, from muscle re-education, range of motion exercises, strengthening, and gait training to help restore function and independence. My skills go beyond knowledge and technical ability. I prioritize educating and explaining treatments to our clients and answering any questions they have. I always take the time to speak with each patient, and make sure they feel comfortable and confident in their treatment session. I am also currently working at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital and am continuing to work to obtain my license as a registered physiotherapist in Canada. When I am not at work I love to go to the gym, play basketball with my daughter, and spend time with my family.
