Chris is a registered FCAMPT Physiotherapist who prides himself on his continuing education to ensure optimal clinical results for his clients. He has graduated from the University of Western’s Masters of Advanced Health Care Practice in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and the University of Ottawa’s Masters of Health Sciences with specialization in Physiotherapy. He has also completed his Honors Bachelors of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. In addition to his university achievements, Chris has successfully completed his manual therapy certification levels and has registered to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). CAMPT certified physiotherapists have completed extensive post-graduate education and have attained internationally recognized qualifications in hands-on manipulative therapy. Throughout Chris’s training, he has also developed a passion for vestibular therapy. Through his continuing education and workplace experiences he has taken a keen interest in treating general dizziness, vertigo, inner ear disorders and concussions. Chris aims to provide client centered care and guides each treatment plan to the individual’s unique needs and personal goals. His approach to rehabilitation aims to optimize your physical well being through a combination of manual therapy techniques, specific exercise prescription and up-to-date education on injury management and prevention. Chris equally aims to progress the physiotherapy domain by participating in the University of Ottawa’s clinical instructor program whereby he provides a mentorship role for developing physiotherapists. His passion for physiotherapy and rehabilitation stems from his involvement in competitive sports including running, soccer and powerlifting. Recreationally he also enjoys a variety of other sports such as tennis, hockey and volleyball.
