About Chris
Chris received his licence from CMTO in 2018, just after graduating from the International Academy of Massage and has been practicing massage therapy ever since.
Having a strong understanding of the fundamentals of massage therapy, Chris is eager to create a plan for any acute to chronic issues which include osteoarthritis, postural imbalances, sprains, strains, muscle tension, and remedial exercises for strength recovery.
Chris also strives for each client to have a manageable routine and to increase overall energy in the day so that more experiences can be made day to day.
During his free time, Chris enjoys learning and engaging with any form of art.
