About Chloe
Chloe is a warm and compassionate psychotherapist who works with children, teens, adults, and couples—particularly those navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity exploration, life transitions, and existential concerns. She understands that life can feel heavy and that reaching out takes courage. Whether clients are feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply longing for change, Chloe offers a validating, collaborative space where they can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Chloe takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), and existential therapies. She thoughtfully adapts these modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. Grounded in a client-centered, strength-based philosophy, Chloe believes clients are the experts of their own lives and walks alongside them with empathy and curiosity as they explore patterns, uncover meaning, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
Before becoming a therapist, Chloe worked as an Education Assistant and Child and Youth Worker with the school board, supporting children, teens, and young adults with exceptionalities and mental health challenges—including Autism, ADHD, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, anxiety, and depression. She remains passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families as they navigate a world that often misunderstands them.
Chloe is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can grow in self-awareness, explore emotions, and work toward meaningful change—at their own pace.
