Meet Dr. Josef Fediurek, Chiropractor and self-proclaimed mover of stiff necks and stubborn backs. Since finishing his Doctor of Chiropractic at D'Youville College in 2018 (backed by a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University), Josef has made a career out of helping people stop creaking like old floorboards and start moving like themselves again. His toolkit includes chiropractic adjustments, Flexion-Distraction Technique, Instrument Assisted Adjusting, IASTM, and exercise therapy, plus gait assessments and custom orthotic casting for anyone whose walk needs a tune-up. Whether you're dealing with a cranky low back, tight hips, or a body that's been complaining more than usual, Josef will get to the bottom of it and build a plan to get you back on your feet, literally.
