About Chetna
Chetna has always had a passion for health and wellness that sparked the path of becoming a massage therapist. She obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies at McMaster University and completed an advanced Massage Therapy Diploma at Mohawk College with Honours. Chetna had worked and volunteered in a variety of clinics that helped expand her knowledge and passion for rehabilitation and holistic care. In her time in school she gained extensive training in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Techniques, Joint Mobilization and Remedial Exercises. With her extensive knowledge within the health field, she is able to adapt her skills to treat a wide range of populations from professional and recreational athletes, geriatric patients, hospice residents and more. Chetna’s approach to treatment is providing remedial care to aid in promoting overall health and wellness.
