I am a therapist for many reasons. When I see someone struggling, I genuinely want to help. It’s a way for me to show compassion, empathy and to support people. I am human and have struggled at times and I feel that my experiences help me to understand how my clients are feeling. I specialize in working with those who have suspected and diagnosed Anxiety, Depression and ADHD/ADD. Having these diagnoses myself, has helped me to understand the traits, symptoms and ways to cope and manage. I also have a special interest in working with teens and women.
