I recently moved to the area from the GTA and have been in the field for almost a decade. My love for biomechanics, injury prevention, and recovery was peaked in university while suffering from a few sporting related injuries. I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2014 with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I then graduated from Western University with a Diploma in Pedorthics in 2017. I love helping people get back to doing the things that they love. In my spare time I love to golf, spend time with family and friends & spoil my golden retrievers.
