Originally from Victoriaville, Charlotte earned her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Université de Sherbrooke. Guided by the belief that movement is one of the most powerful tools for maintaining and restoring health, she provides personalized, dynamic, and evidence-informed care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Charlotte’s passion for movement began through years of competitive gymnastics, where she developed discipline, perseverance, and a strong drive for personal growth. She later pursued her athletic interests through dek hockey and continues to embrace an active lifestyle today through running and strength training. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the physical demands of sport, performance, and recovery. Committed to a collaborative and patient-centered approach, Charlotte works closely with her patients to help them regain confidence, achieve their goals, and return to the activities that bring meaning and enjoyment to their lives.
