“He is very hands on. Make sure you do the exercises provided and checks. Asks your pain level with each exercise. Uses the machine with the pads and the electricity. Uses hot or cold treatment on the area affected. Not like other physio places where half the time they leave you on your own to do the exercises and half the time your wondering what to do next and why I couldn't do these on my own at home.”
