Charlene graduated in 2019 from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She uses a variety of techniques to help her clients move towards their health goals. Some of these techniques include myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, & more. At the base of these techniques, Charlene uses General Swedish Massage to bring her clients into a state of relaxation while the deeper techniques efficiently restore the body to a state of wellness.

Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
