###Meet Charlene!
Charlene Haun graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in the Fall of 2005. She is a Licensed & Registered Massage Therapist and is a member in good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists & the Registered Massage Therapist Association of BC. She has been with Alma Wellness since the Fall of 2006 and truly appreciate & respect the common healthcare goals they all share.
Charlene Haun has a general philosophy with everyone who comes to see her. Basically, she is here to work with each patient to help them to heal and maintain good health. Some of the techniques that she uses includes muscle energy, deep tissue massage and trigger point release. She believes in preventative care for each patient & is confident that through massage therapy, Charlene and her patients can achieve the universal goal of better health. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, listening to music, walking her dog & cooking & baking for family & friends.
