Chantel has always had a passion for helping people, that lead her to the wellness industry in 2009 when she became a personal fitness trainer. After years of working in the fitness industry and taking time off to travel, Chantel decided to take her wellness career a step further and enrolled in the 2200 hour diploma program at Alberta College of Massage Therapy. She graduated with honors in 2016 and has enjoyed using her knowledge and skills to help people ever since. Chantel prides herself on her ability to listen to a client's specific needs. She likes to use a variety of therapeutic, deep tissue and relaxation techniques to ensure the most effective treatment. She is passionate about educating people so they have the tools they need to help themselves on their wellness journey. Chantel is trained in myofascial cupping, relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, kinetic massage as well as Indian foot and head massage.
