About Chantal
Welcome! My name is Chantal, and I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s of Science in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a major and minor in Psychology from MacEwan University.
One thing I truly believe is that feeling heard, understood, and accepted is essential for healing. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when someone really “gets” you, and I strive to offer genuine connection in our sessions. I feel passionate about helping people discover their inner strength, their voice, and their worth. I also find joy in supporting others in living more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic lives.
I understand that starting therapy can feel anywhere from daunting to exciting, but know that I am here to help support you through the process. My goal is to meet you where you are and take things one step at a time, using tailored therapeutic approaches and providing tools and strategies as needed.
My background includes extensive research on burnout and recovery in critical care nurses. This work has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, and I’m especially committed to supporting nurses and others in high-stress careers. I know the toll these jobs can take, and I’m here to help you find your path forward.
