My focus is on fostering body acceptance and self-compassion, actively challenging societal pressures of diet culture and the thin ideal. I encourage redefining self-worth beyond physical appearance through personalized discussions and therapeutic techniques. I also support those experiencing spiritual or religious trauma, including loss of community, faith crises, struggles with boundaries, and feelings of guilt or shame, depression and hopelessness, and relationship challenges arise from triggers related to rituals.
