Celia is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Certified Mental Health Professional with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a wealth of experience, she provides psychotherapy services focused on emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Her inclusive, client-centered approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and creating a nonjudgmental space. Specializing in stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, Ms. Sanchez helps clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Her services promote self-awareness, emotional health, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
