About Celeste

Celeste Rui is an accomplished Registered Nurse with over 10 years of multi-dimensional experience in a variety of healthcare setting. Celeste began her career in North Bay ON, earning her BScN degree at Nipissing University and specializing in Gerontological care, in the areas of Geriatric Mental Health and End of Life. Celeste relocated to Ottawa in 2015 and began a new chapter in her nursing journey. Providing nursing care in the dental setting; Celeste expanded her knowledge in dental surgery and experience providing private sector nursing care. While working in dental, Celeste found herself drawn back into more specialized gerontological care once more, continuing to build on her nursing leadership at The Perley, caring for Canadian Military Veterans. After spending time in LTC, seeing the every-expanding demand for specialized foot care, with a focus on whole-individual care, Celeste once again expanded her knowledge into the Foot Care field. Celeste obtained her Podortho Foot Care Specialist certification in 2025. Throughout her career Celeste has always maintained a passionate interest in the care of older adults, stressing the importance of health teaching, empowerment with one’s health, and co-creating care with clients that is client driven, and sustainable. Celeste enjoys working with clients to further their health and personal goals. She is thrilled to be bringing her new-found knowledge, coupled with years of expertise in the care of adults with complex health challenges, to our clinic.
