I am a Craniosacral Therapist, also offering Somato-Emotional Release (Trauma Imprint Repair) and Visceral Manipulation within my practice. I use a combination of Biodynamic and Biomechanical techniques, with more focus on Biodynamic. I adjust my approach depending on my clients’ needs. As a highly sensitive person and intuitive empath, I am especially adept at treating sensitive individuals and intuiting which areas need attention most. When the body knows where to focus its energy, it is profoundly capable of healing itself. The Craniosacral Practitioner locates the areas needing attention, and essentially shines a light to support the body in healing itself. Often, what our body needs most is different from our mind’s narrative, so in listening to the body’s prompts, the root cause of illness can be revealed and targeted more effectively, enabling lasting results. One of the many things I love about Craniosacral is that it allows and facilitates healing on all levels – mind, body, and spirit. Because it works by addressing the nervous system directly, it is particularly suited to alleviating any kind of dysregulation or imbalance, including hormonal, emotional, physical, mental, and more. Chronic and acute pain, stress and anxiety, emotional and physical trauma, sleep disorders, head, spinal and other injuries, sinusitis, headache, hay fever… are just some of the many issues that Craniosacral Therapy can help to alleviate. Despite how gentle it is, it can have profound, lasting, and life-altering effects. I myself have found it an essential catalyst in my healing journey, which is what led me to practice this modality with enthusiasm, curiosity, and genuine passion. I truly love this work, and am excited to share it with you. I offer Craniosacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release virtually as well as in-person. My virtual hours are more flexible than my in-person as I can give this type of treatment from home as well. When I’m not busy tuning into my patients’ Craniosacral rhythm, I enjoy being by the sea or in the forest, foraging, hiking with my rottie – Winston, plunging in rivers, identifying birds, and generally revelling in everything nature has to offer.
