About Catherine

Catherine completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Alberta and holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. She has also completed post-graduate courses on manual therapy and clinical pilates. Catherine believes in using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education. Catherine enjoys spending time outdoors, is an avid recycler and the mother of two very active little boys. She can often be seen jogging on the streets and trails of North Vancouver with her sons, Owen and Ben, and less enthusiastic husband, Aaron.
