Cathy Nethery is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) with Full Body Reflexology certification through the Reflexology Association of Canada, as well as training as a Deep Muscle Therapist (DMRT). She provides personalized treatments using targeted pressure on reflex points of the feet, hands, ears, and body to support relaxation, improve circulation, and restore balance. Cathy tailors each session to the individual, blending reflexology, deep muscle therapy, and lymphatic techniques based on each client’s needs and comfort. Her work focuses on calming the nervous system, helping shift the body from “fight or flight” into a restorative “rest and repair” state.
