About Catherine
Catherine is a RMT student at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). *With her background in *martial arts she has gained a deep appreciation for movement, body mechanics, and the importance of proper recovery which is an approach she brings into every treatment. She has trained in a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, and trigger point therapy. Catherine takes a client-centered approach to massage therapy, focusing on addressing individual needs and concerns to facilitate pain reduction but to also promote emotional well-being and stress relief. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve her patients and contribute to their health and wellness journey.
