About Catherine

Catherine Farrell Professional Counsellor, RPC-C I play many roles in life, but none mean as much to me as the role of confidant, space holder and safe harbour that I have become for many. My professional and personal journey have led me to a career as a a Registered Professional Counsellor and Wellminded Counselling Services. I have a background with: Hospice in Grief and Bereavement, Career Counselling / Work Life Balance, Stress & Coping Strategies for Overwhelm, Anxiety & Depression, Relationships, Trauma, Women’s Issues When I am not in the office you can often find me with one of my dogs on a walk, in the barn with the horses or just sitting on the deck enjoying the view.
