“Catherine is the best! She truly understands how to treat various issues and adjusts her technique depending on the problem spots identified. She applies just enough pressure to loosen knots and tight muscles, without leaving me feeling bruised afterwards. I initially started seeing her for pregnancy massages and those were excellent too. I finally convinced my husband to try and he raves about how well he plays hockey after a massage! We won't go anywhere else.”
