Catherine can help with orthopaedic musculoskeletal concerns such as shoulder, knee, ankle and jaw pain. Catherine’s passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance has grown in part due to her extensive history competing in sport, including competing at the national level in track & field, and coaching athletes in the weight room, pool and on the field. She has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys helping people return to the activities they love. In her spare time, you can find Catherine attending a Crossfit class, hiking or playing with her son.
Catherine completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. She has taken numerous postgraduate training courses including:
