Growing up isn't always easy. Between the pressures of school, friendships, social media, family dynamics, and trying to figure out who you are, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.
I work with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and parents who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, life transitions, caught in patterns of stress, or the pressures of everyday life.
Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, develop tools to navigate life’s challenges, and create space for growth and self-understanding. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, supported, and accepted as you are. When supporting children and adolescents, I also collaborate with parents and caregivers to strengthen connection and create a supportive environment beyond the therapy room.
