About Cassidy
Cassidy graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and started her practice here on the Sunshine Coast where she grew up. She strives to support her clients in finding a better sense of body awareness and overall sense of wellbeing. She combines relaxation techniques and deep therapeutic pressure to help relieve tension, address specific orthopedic concerns, and promote your body’s ability to rest and heal. Techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, Swedish massage, and trigger point therapy are used in combination with a variety of homecare recommendations to help you achieve your individual goals.
