I began my journey into integrative health in 2011 at the age of 23, when I started taking a conscious-based health approach through the BodyTalk System and then Usui Reiki.
From birth, I've struggled with numerous health issues such as asthma, breathing, flu, and constant infections.
As I got older, the health issues varied from migraines, chronic fatigue, severe low back pain, sluggish metabolism and immune system, chronic sinus, throat and chest infections, disrupted sleep, cervical problems, hormonal imbalances, depression, extreme stress over health concerns, unregulated nervous system, insomnia, and fibromyalgia even misdiagnosed as MS.
I was sick and tired of being sick and tired; I was tired of being cynical, negative, low energy, and low moods. I was tired of giving up on myself and on life - I knew there was a bigger purpose for me and I had to dig deep to find it.
I was successful in my corporate job but I was not happy in my life. I knew I needed to make a change, but did not know where to start.

Currently, I am living the best version of myself I never thought possible. I am healthy, energetic, and happy, and work with many different clients and get incredible results.
I got to the bottom of my physical by addressing the energetics and dealing with the root causes. It is also a wonderful personal development tool - you do not need to be “sick” or in “pain” for energy work.
This is why, in 2011, I decided to become a practitioner in energy medicine. Since then, I have served thousands of clients and over 13 thousand sessions WORLDWIDE with incredible results.
I now work only with women who struggle with health, confidence, self love and lethargy.
My focus is to help women regain their sense of self.
I do not work with or mentor men in my practice.
