About Cassandra

Cassandra has been a registered massage therapist for the better part of a decade; in 2024 she retrained to include acupuncture as a service in her treatment space. She has several certifications in Labour, and delivery support, Postpartum & C-Section Care, TMJ Dysfunction, Shiatsu & Deep Tissue, and Infant/Child Massage. She is an experienced Doula, and has worked with terminally ill children by providing massage as a means of comfort and pain management. Cassandra believes in accessible, client-centred care, and strives to create an inclusive and safe space for everyone. Her passion, education, and focus on social justice has provided her with the practical and learned skills necessary to effectively treat babies, children, and parents at all stages of life, while maintaining an inclusive and safe clinic space. In addition to being an RMT she enjoys hiking, pilates, weight lifting, and writing. She often provides accessible exercises and movement advice to help her clients feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies.
