Cass is a graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program at Western University (2025), where she also completed an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance (2024). Originally from Orangeville, Ontario, Cass grew up as a competitive dancer and continued dancing at Western as a member of the HEAT Dance Team.
Cass has a strong interest in sport physiotherapy and has gained experience working with athletes across youth, varsity, and high-performance sport, particularly within hockey and football. Her experience includes providing sideline and rehabilitation support to youth and varsity football athletes, working with Western Women’s Hockey, and travelling with EPIC’s hockey academy during her clinical placement. While sport has been a major focus of her clinical experience, Cass enjoys working with individuals of all activity levels and helping them return to the things that matter to them.
What Cass values most about physiotherapy is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her clients and support them throughout the entire rehabilitation process. She especially enjoys the continuity that comes with working in sport, from managing an injury in its early stages, through rehabilitation and return to play, to seeing an athlete thrive back in their sport.
Cass is First Responder certified and will begin working toward her Sport Physiotherapy Canada credentials this year. She takes an individualized, exercise-based approach to rehabilitation and believes that understanding the person, their goals, and the demands of what they are returning to is an important part of helping them succeed.
